By playing Takhte you agree to these terms.
Takhte is a backgammon game for entertainment. Players stake virtual coins on games and can play against the computer, a nearby player, or online opponents and friends.
Coins are a virtual item for use inside Takhte only. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged, transferred for money, or redeemed for cash or prizes, and buying coins does not buy any chance to win money. This is not gambling.
Coin packs, the Starter Pack and the VIP subscription are sold through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple. The Starter Pack can be bought once per account. VIP renews monthly until cancelled in your App Store settings.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs to gain coins, or try to disrupt the game server or other players' games. We may remove accounts or coins gained by cheating.
You are responsible for play on your device. Guest accounts live only on the device; deleting the app deletes a guest account and its coins.
Online play needs the game server; we work to keep it running but do not promise it will never be interrupted.
The game is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost coins, progress or games caused by device loss, app deletion, or service interruption.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this page.
