Takhte Privacy Policy
Effective: October 31, 2026
Developer: Sasan Zareei
Takhte is a social backgammon game. This policy explains, in simple words, what information the game uses and why.
What we collect and where it lives
On your phone only
- Your sign-in record: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we keep your name and email address on your device so the game knows you. Apple only shares these the first time you sign in. If you play as a guest, we keep only a random ID created on your phone — no name, no email.
- If you sign in with Google, your Google profile photo may be shown as your in-game avatar.
- Your coins, levels, boards and game progress are stored on your phone.
On the game server
- Your player ID, your in-game display name, a short friend code, and your list of in-game friends. This is the minimum needed for friends to find each other and play together.
- Moves and game state pass through the server during online games so both players see the same game. We do not keep a history of your games after they end, other than your friends list above.
Purchases
Coin packs, the Starter Pack and the VIP subscription are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment; we never see or store your card details.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Virtual coins in Takhte have no cash value, can never be cashed out, and are never paid out as money or prizes.
Deleting your information
- Sign out in the app and delete the app to remove everything stored on your phone.
- To remove your player name and friends list from the game server, contact us at support@takhtegame.com and we will delete your player directory entry.
Children
Takhte is not directed at children under 13, and online play involves no chat and no exchange of personal contact details between players.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
